National Gallery of Art/ Andrew Wythe exhibit

Yesterday I caught the Andrew Wythe exhibit at the National Gallery of Art

The stark, flat window paintings reminded me of some of the photos from last week's class. He sketched the windows repeatedly to get the flow of the curtains and backdrop. I kept thinking, "We could do that with photographs!"
